step 1: download your base

step 2:go to a skin making website like minecraft skins or skindex

step 3: there should be some button to do with uploading somewhere, like on minecraft skins it says upload and on skindex it says
upload to

COMPUTER, click that button and find the base you downloaded in your files and double click on it.

step 4: when youve double clicked it, the base should be the editing skin, so you can do whateeeeever you want, hair making uneeded:D✄✄✄
