yet another outlandish character form the mortal kombat universe

this character was originally intended to be scorpions alternate costume, but they felt although it didn't fit scorpion's personality so they scraped it and used this character in conquest as a mini-boss.

i didn't put those huge horn things on his shoulders because there was no room, it just looks better without them anyway
