This skin is of Mother Moon in a dress that is actually the world of Minecraft. You can see there is a building where the player lives, a few trees, and even a creeper. Mother Moon is wearing a pearl necklace and has some blushing on her face and shoulders. Mother Moon is also wearing green shoes for the grass of the world. The dress is the real actual world of Minecraft and every time it turns night Mother Moon is wearing the dress. Similarly, Father Sun will wear a light blue Minecraft world tuxedo during the daytime to mean the same thing.

This skin is a supposed to be a very sophisticated take on the moon as a person and is female by nature.
