The Mouth of Sauron is one of my favorite characters in LOTR. Here's the dialogue in his scene:

Pippin: Where are they?
(PIPPIN, MERRY, GANDALF, ARAGORN, GIMLI, LEGOLAS, AND BANNER-HOLDER #1 go to BLACK GATE)
Aragorn: Let the Lord of the Black Land come forth! Let justice be done upon him!
(BLACK GATE opens; MOUTH OF SAURON enters through BLACK GATE on horseback.)
MoS: My master Sauron the Great bids thee welcome... Is there any in this route with authority to treat with me?
Gandalf: We do not come to treat with Sauron, faithless and accursed. Tell your master this: The armies of Mordor must disband, he is to depart these lands, never to return.
MoS: Old Greybeard! I have a token I was bidden to show thee..
(MoS shows FRODO'S MITHRIL NIGHTGOWN, tosses to GANDALF)
Pippin: Frodo...
Gandalf: Silence!
Merry: No..
Gandalf: Silence!
MoS: The Halfling was dear to thee, I see. Who would have thought one so small could endure so much pain? But, he did Gandalf, he did...
(ARAGORN rides to the side of MOUTH OF SAURON)
MoS: And who is this? Isildur's heir? It takes more to make a king than a broken Elvish blade-
(ARAGORN chops off the head of MOUTH OF SAURON)
Gimli: I guess that concludes negotiations...
Aragorn: I do not believe it; I will not!

See, the only thing The Mouth of Sauron ever did to the Fellowship was ride out, welcome them, hand over their friend's metallic undershirt, and give Aragorn a pretty good piece of advice, and what does he get in return? Heads up everybody! He gets beheaded simply because Sauron was in his name, practically.
