I'm not sure if this skin would be best for other countries since america has red and white stripes, than again that's just how I see it, but it truly is a great looking skin with insanely awesome shading.

Also, no, it's not against the rules to use the same hair shading in one skin as in another--since it's my own skin. It's all 100% made by me, and none of the skin has actually been copied.
