all im using is a program called SkinEdit. it is what most people use. :D

i prefer SkinEdit to the new 3d skin editor because i think it is easier painting with a template saying what you are painting. the 3dskin editor makes it much harder to make and view the skin.

to upload it just save it at any destination on your pc/laptop then go to you account, not profile, then skins and click add new skin then pick the skin that you wan to upload
