what program did u use to make this? do u use a program to shade the colors or did u do it urself?

I did it myself, there are plenty of tutorials on this site if you want to know how, but i do it by making the corners dark, and then making edges that get lighter and lighter untill i reach the center. Its a fairly tedios process, but you get used to it eventually.
