Since my original (and in my opinion, better) skin entry was disqualified for using a transparency,
even though the rules don't forbid it and haven't been changed to reflect this judgement, I found a
few minutes to throw together yet another entry.
This time no transparencies.
I mostly made this one just to maintain entry status in every skin contest since I started on PMC.

Yes, you're only allowed one entry per contest, but sine my other skin is no longer in the contest,
this is my one and only official entry.

As to what it is... it's whatever.
A blue woman of some type.
Bracelet on one arm, a band around her other arm.
Sleeveless top.
Knee pads, wavy hair.
It's something.
