Nakamura Kana from Ncihijou

For the casual viewers, this character might be the closest to a villain in this anime, but I disagree. Aside from shaving a students hair and attempting to capture Nano, she isn't really all that evil or mean. I mean, seriously, if you were to look deeper you'd see she just gets lost on her own thoughts. She doesnt really want to harm anyone. Heck, we don't even know her goals.
Also Sakamoto's former owner. I know some people say shes awful at taking care of pets, but come on man, i bet if you gave her more time to get her prepared she'd be a better owner than Nano and Hakase (which btw hakase is a way worse owner than nakamura)

Also, by the way, this was one of the first Nichijou skins so really it looks different in style compared to my others skins. (Perhaps I'll update it?)
