So since the Dark Flash appeared in 6x07 "The Last Temptation of Barry Allen Part 1" people gave him the name of the Negative Flash. Just to say Negative Flash is just a version of Barry Allen who got trapped into the Negative Speedforce of Eobard Thawne aka the Reverse Flash. The name of Dark Flash is Walter West in the Comics but it's the Bloodwork-infected Barry in the CW.
