Hi guys, Gaarafan14 here with Neji Hyūga when he was a genin. During this time, Neji was a very dark, and serious character. Neji was a member of Konohagakure's Hyūga clan, and his personality used to be the way it was at the start mainly because he was a member of the Branch house. This meant that no matter how strong he became, he would always live to serve the Hyūga main family house. All Branch house members have curse marks on their foreheads, so that if they disobey the main house, they would be punished by extreme pain. This is what made Neji who he was. Again, I know it's sad. But in our mind, Neji is still with us. So let us be with him even closer by downloading this skin.
