This little guy is Ness, from a game called Earthbound. Ness is also an SSBB character, and my second skin in my ssbb skin series. The third uploaded in my skin series so far. Ive teamed up with Endersteel for the skin series, and if you havent yet seen his first SSBB skin series skin, you should, its great.
