I like it, but more shading, or a feeling of depth, would make it much better. What program do you use to make these? In GIMP, the clothify effect is really good at giving you textures. Just some ideas.

The nightingale never had white dots on the eyes, it was mainly covered with a hood that created shadows, therefore you can't see the eyes. Look it up on google images or look at it in-game.
