Nikaidō Saki from Zombie Land Saga

Before Saki died, she was a biker girl who constantly got into fights with biker gangs, and she was pretty good at fighting. While she was a middle schooler, she contemplated life ('cause she was lonely and had nothing better to do) and found one of White Ryu's recordings. (Saki became a big fan of his and even sang her own version of his song after she died.) She found another solo biker girl as the latter was fighting an entire gang by herself and joined in. They created a girls' biker gang together called Dorami Biker Gang and wreaked some havoc on the streets. At night, they all pulled up at Drive-in Tori (real place) and stuffed themselves. Dorami Biker Gang conquered Kyūshū while Saki was still alive. One time, when Saki took up yet another challenge, it ended up being her last one for a couple decades. She and another biker from a different gang bet that whoever braked first would lose. Instead of braking, Saki sped up and drove her bike over the edge of the hill and died in the explosion, with her best friend watching. I'm pretty sure she won that bet. A couple decades later, she did it again for her best friend, who had quit being a biker girl after Saki died. The second time Saki did it, though, she obviously didn't die (she was already dead). Her best friend was concerned for her own daughter, who had decided to become a biker girl just like them (but not as intense).
