Nishikigi Chisato from Lycoris Recoil

In Lycoris Recoil, girls called Lycoris work to preserve Japan's #1 spot in the world for being the safest country. Direct Attack is a secret organization that uses Lycoris to prevent crime from happening all over Japan. Chisato is their "problem child" (as she called herself), but she's also the best Lycoris of all time. Chisato works at Café LycoReco instead of the regular training grounds for Lycoris. She has a natural talent for dodging bullets and "predicting" movements, which she used to win in rock paper scissors against Takina 100% of the time. Her heart is artificial and was about to fail, so Mika killed Yoshimatsu and retrieved his artificial heart in order to give it to Chisato. Mika works at Café LycoReco alongside Chisato. Yoshimatsu was the guy from Alan Institute who gave Chisato her original artificial heart and tried to raise her to become a killing machine.
