Noelle Holiday, from Deltarune.
"Hey, Kris! What's up? Didja lose your pencil again?" says Noelle. Acting as a minor NPC in Chapter 1, Noelle appears to be a childhood friend and classmate of Kris'. Before the class project, she does her best to attempt to include Kris, Berdly and herself in a group of 3. However Kris ends up being paired with Susie, the class bully, for the assignment. Later in the chapter, Noelle expresses her concern for Kris being Susie's partner (and in turn, subtly gives away her crush on Susie). Noelle has a father named Rudy who is currently undergoing treatment in Hospital, and her mother happens to be the Mayor of the town.
I was in a spot of luck with this because I realized I could upload Noelle's overworld sprite onto the skin editor I use, and then take the colours from there! Colour Accuracy 100 (and I uh, I probably aught to do that with Seam's sprite in future). Ofcourse, I did brighten or darken these colours in a few places for shading details. Design wise, I think I did pretty well mixing her overworld look and mugshot from the text-boxes. Since Noelle's a Christmas-themed character (candy-cane-pencils, Christmas sweater and all), I felt this was a good opportunity to make the skin. Not only that, but I also made a custom-alternate look fitting for this Festive Season! It's linked down below, and will feature her wearing what I like to call a 'Snowdin Sweater'.
