So you think Santa's the one putting presents down the chimney? It could be him, or it could be the real spirit of Christmas, the Christmas Angel, Noelle.
Noelle was standing outside one Christmas Eve to watch Santa come to her house. She was really cold, but it was worth it. The wind blew snow on Noelle's Santa hat. It was now caked in snow. Then, Noelle heard a noise. The noise was the sound of church bells. She counted up to twelve. It was midnight. Noelle was shivering. Her fingers were blue. She then looked up for the last time, debating if she should go inside or not. Up in the sky was a red sleigh getting pulled by nine reindeer! It was Santa Claus! Noelle smiled, knowing she had seen him. She started to walk back up the hill. Her feet were numb. Noelle tried climbing, but she couldn't. She just collapsed in the snow and waited for it to be all over.
When she woke up, Noelle was in a warm, cozy room. However it wasn't just a dream. Noelle was wearing her Santa hat, but she was also wearing a tailed waistcoat, white and red boots, and brown corduroy pants. Noelle stood up to go outside. She walked over and opened the door. The rush of cold came in, but it didn't do anything to Noelle.
"Wait!" someone called out to Noelle. She turned her head, and saw Santa. He wasn't like pictures of him, he wasn't as plump. Noelle also saw two wings, resembling those of an angel.
"You're with me now. Stay here," said Santa. "You're my helper."
Noelle smiled, knowing that her life had ended, but this one would be much better.
