BugsEye is the only Spartan-VII in Nova Squad, his original call sign Alpaca was replaced after the last Fireteam he was in except for him was wiped out, his only reason: It brings back too many memory's that well hinder my progress as a Operative, so ONI agreed to changing his call sign to: BugsEye, for being the best Sniper.
BugsEye got his Spartan-VII armor separate from Fireteam Quantum, only Trinity knows BugsEye has Spartan-VII armor and intends to make good on her promise of not telling anyone that He has it, not that he could tell her, for he can't speak, but R.E.L.A.Y. Warned her what would happen if she did.
BugsEye had his ability to speak removed through a Special Surgical Procedure, removing "Freeing" him of his voice, he has a on board A.I. built into his suit that is linked to his brain that talks for him named R.E.L.A.Y.
R.E.L.A.Y. was designed for Communication because BugsEye can not communicate otherwise as just explained.
