It usually takes me a few minutes to work on the picture alone. I upload the skin I made to my MC character by using the Minecraft website, then press 'F5' to screenshot it, upload it to Imgur ,though you could use anything to upload and the next step, but I use Imgur. (Here's where it takes a while --->) then I add the skin title and the 'made by' part by adding text to it. I recommend making a account on Imgur if you make pictures like these, but you could use anything tbh.

I might make a tutorial for the picture part and post it on YouTube but I'm not sure yet, since my channel is under maintenance right now. Btw, all the pictures I put on the skins can be found on my Imgur account here.

Oops! Sorry I forgot to tell you about the folder xD to find the folder, go to your computer search bar and type in
%appdata% after that click the folder that says .minecraft then the folder that says screenshots. The screenshots you just took should be at the very bottom of the folder.
