Oceana Dacron is the Princess of Atlantis, and the younger sister to Prince Oceanus Dacron. She can often be found in the bedroom that she shares with Oceanus, mostly trying to figure out her newest spells and sometimes playing with her dolls, as much as she tries to deny it.
