In the clouds high above sit a counsel of many gods. The sun god Abkas, the rain god Rimowa, the thunder god Eclekticar and the cloud god know as Ohmaka.
These four gods held the power of the skies for millenia untill one day a mortal named Steve input a magical incantation into the ultimate power know to his world as the Mystical Command Box. He asked it to clear the skies of rain and clouds which in turn ripped Ohmaka and Rimowa out of the skies. Ohmaka now seeks host bodies to live on earth whereas the rain god was able to go back to the heavens. Ohmaka can be seen roaming the PMC worlds.
