This guy ended up turning from "Disney Villain" to "Angsty Teen" and I sincerely apologize for that. I ended up roleplaying as him, and therefore he turned into the stereotypical emo teenager. That's not how I wanted him to be.
Even as the angsty teen, he still had his supernatural card abilities, being able to kill a person once they drew a certain card, ace of something. Other cards also gave him powers, but now, it seems to me like that made him overpowered.
Now, I gave him abilities that allow him to draw cards and read a person's future, but it's not just tarot reading. No, he can change that person's future. Unfortunately, he can only do this once every month because of the moon's cycles.
It was painful visiting this character again because he carries so many memories I can't count them.
