Dude, he didn't create this skin, it's made by the Xophobia or something like that and the skin was owned by Mojang. you could find it in older versions of minecraft so you don't need to ask to use it.

But that doesn't look 100% original because i have seen the real original zombie pigman so maybe it's... just realized that this skin uploader's name was Xaphobia but i don't know if he is real...
