Orlyn, the personification of Dominion and Conquest, is a corrupting, apocalyptic force that feeds upon people's greed and power to make herself stronger, and drain all resources from every planet she invades for herself. Despite her beautiful, angelic appearance, she has nothing to do with Cosmicans (actual "Angels") or the Cosmic Council, but instead a deceptive Titan who uses this to trick people into gaining more power for themselves and others at the cost of their self-control and individuality. The rest of the council, her twin sister included, have rejected Orlyn, and are sometimes at odds with Humanity, who are unknowingly Orlyn's greatest asset in increasing her influence over Earth. Orlyn's ultimate goal is to gain enough power from others to recreate the world she envisioned and believes full-stop this is for better.

Orlyn's neck is extremely flexible to turn in all directions for her single, extremely perceptive eye to see. She has enhanced vision that can see clearly and can detect even objects that are kilometers away, and flaunts this to mock Ullyne, who is blind. In her true form, Orlyn can even shoot layers from her eye.
