Osana Najimi from Komi Can't Communicate

Najimi is childhood friends with literally every kid in the neighborhood (their name is literally "Childhood Friend"). Even though Najimi hates to study and loves having fun 24/7, they get decent grades. They're always super hyper and full of energy all the time, so the atmosphere always becomes more lively when they're around. Najimi likes to randomly choose to be a boy or a girl depending on the situation (once a guy asked them out and Najimi just told him they're a boy and end of story).
