So, yeah I got requested for this skin and it turned out to basically just be a teenager guy with a party crown. -_-

Anyway, I guess it's not really what you asked for GFX but i found it hard to picture a party guy in my head, plus its kinda impossible to do a party hat in minecraft (flat heads)
