I was bored and wanted to make a skin of Perkisas considering he recently came out in the NA server, although it's only the first phase as of yet. I am absolutely horrid at making dragon skins, so I decided to go for his final form which is half human-half dragon. I can't wait to start the second and third phase because my level boosted DC is practically begging for use.

I know I missed a few minor details but bear with me here. <3
