Another DCI skin! A basic rendition of a member of the Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps. The uniform resembles that of the legendary 98.125 SPARTACUS show. I tried toying with the Pith helmet, but it looked far too boxy and weird. The whites on the top vest and the pants differ slightly, but it's hard to see on the preview. In game, it looks a tad better. The glimmering sash doesn't really glimmer as of right now and will most likely be improved on in the future.
Please let me know of any ideas/improvements you might have for any of my skins as well as any bugs.
