Wrapping up my pirate theme this week we have the pirate lockup! You know, that "one" guy that's been in prison or jail for waay too long and just got out. And he's kinda crazy and no one talks to him anyways

Could also be: a street beggar, a thief, a poor dood, crazy conspiracy guy, or a man who hasn't bathed in ages.
