Hello everyone, and happy birthday! Well, PMC's birthday. PMC is three years old today! Or...yesterday or tomorrow, depending on who you ask. Anyway, to commemorate this day, I created the PMC (unofficial) mascot character of PMC-tan, based on other prominent websites who have chibi girl mascots (like Wikipe-tan). She's a girl with green clothes and blue hair who loves PMC and MC! Along with making an avatar of her, I knew she needed a skin!



I think PMC-chan is a very cute character, and I'd really love to see other people try making skins of her, too! She can wear whatever you like and be styled however you like. The only important details are that she has light blue hair and light green clothing. Also, she loves to wear the PMC planet logo!
