Technique - 9/10. Well, I can definitely see a Banette in this! The "headpiece" looks a bit weird (I almost thought it was a tail), but that's only a nitpick because it's kind of difficult to include it on a skin.
Quality - 9/10. I've got nothing else to say, but, this is some pretty swell shading for being your second skin! Well done!
