Wow, this Gardevoir looks really good and seems to be underrated. I wonder why it hasn't recieved enough attention yet... Anyways, it's time for me to judge it:

Technique - 9/10. This definitely looks like a Gardevoir! Though, I'm surprised you didn't include it's tiny hidden feet under it's dress, but if you just looked at Bulbapedia and called it a day, I can understand why you didn't include them.
Quality - 7/10. Basic yet charming. The bottom of the dress is a little too bright on the vision spheres (eyes), however.
