Pontos is the Titan of the Seas and he is usually depicted as a Giant Half Man Half Sea Creature with horns (Usually depicted as crab claws) And the way I think he relates to the Life on the High Seas contest is that He is a sea titan. And he was later replaced by Poseidon. Also Pontos introduced many sea-creatures.

Btw the brown thingy on his hands are claws. And the black patches are supposed to be invisible as a dolphins tail.
