PR3-5T not so known bot as he has escaped his code and changed his antennae he has since adopted the belief that he is a holy judge ruthlessly killing he has his own name from the law and that would be the judge pretty self explanatory but he does not just kill he takes care of some orphanages by well taking money from his victims you can tell its him killing by the way he does it he only picks people that have quote on quote "sinned" he nails them to a cross and burns them for they're sins to burn away with them
