Pru Granger from DreamWorks Spirit Riding Free in what is more or less her Dressage Outfit that she wears while competing at Farmbrook Arena. Also used in SRF: Riding Academy a few times.

Though it is not really her outfit since it was a gift from Lucky that was originally her 13th Birthday present from her Grandfather.

Top Hat not included.
