Name: Douglas Cage A.K.A "Psycho Scrap"

Occupation: Criminal Gang leader.
Bio: Cage used to be a junk yard owner until his home was torched and his family killed. He sought one thing: Vengeance. He got some of his friends, made some custom tools and armour, found the murders and killed them. This of course lead to himself being a wanted criminal and after the murder he ran and left nothing behind but his criminal record and his vengeance acted out.

14 brutal months of living in a cave in the forest drove Cage insane everyday he grew hateful of the people who denied him what he thought was right and he knew what to do. He got his friends again, set up his cave as his head quarters, got some scrap and began construction of his army in which he hopes one day to let loose and burn down the city.
Crimes: Looting, murder, gang leader, theft and arson.
