Go to IMGUR and upload the skin file there, then when its up right click and click image or copy image url. Then go back to the skin editing section, Somewhere in the description just act as if you were typing and click, Then in the little bars where you see bold colors, etc. Click the one that looks like a picture frame, and paste the direct image link in there. Then your done! :D
