A skin of Quiet from Metal Gear Solid V.
This skin was created with an Alpha on the "pants" layer, making her tights transparent.
Unfortunately, while this is nice, that means this skin only works properly on Minecraft versions 1.9+, to my knowledge.
It will work on versions lower than this, but the tights will not be see-through.
Be sure to check the progress percentage as well as the update logs! This is still a WIP skin, so changes will be coming.
