This is the engineer's grandfather from Team Fortress 2, Radigan Conagher. This skin would be a pre-Australian Radigan, prior to building Redmond & Blutarch Mann their life-extending machines and being exposed to more australium than any one man ever should.

He's depicted carrying a modern, yellow hardhat in the comics, but I took the liberty to give him an old-timey leather one.
