Hey guys! So its day 2 of me being on PMC so I decided i'd quickly make a skin. Yes, I know...

...and I know, it's not my best work. BUT there will be more coming later on, so dont worry.
Gravity Falls is one of my favorite TV shows. So what if its for kids? I like it. That's why I decided to do Bill Cipher. Once again, I am terribly sorry for the quick and terrible shading, but if you do like it Thank you! Have a good day! ♥
(I made it a 4-Pixel arm skin so you could choose between that or th 3-pixel arm skin. Thanks again!)
