Rainb-Odin

BEHOLD THE ALL FATHER OF ALL RAINBOWS!

Admittedly I was uninspired by this contest.
The pantheon of Norse gods is limited, and everyone else had covered all of them multiple times.
Any of the more obscure ones had no references for a description.
Everything in this contest has that same generic viking feel.
I didn't want to do another Thor, Odin, or Loki.

Then I decided upon this pun or play on words, portmanteau.
Rainbow + Odin = Rainb-Odin!
So I figured, what the heck, I'll make it.
Better than any of the other generic ideas I had to do.

So this is a version of Odin that is ALL ABOUT the rainbows.
This is an Odin that built the Bifrost, but then decided to rainbow up all of Asgard.
