Capes and cloaks can be funny, I like to 'wrap' mine around the inner-leg side a bit so they don't look as 'broken' while walking.

Does the "leg-wrap" of the cloak work here or does it need a little bit more tuning?

It's up to you, dude. Right now you have 1 pixel of 'wrap' - I typically go for 2 or 3.
