this is a magician of the group called "The Red Hand" in the campaigns me and green do. the goal of the group is to essentially control the use of magic in order to prevent chaos and the collapse of civilization as a whole. this usually means taking down soon to be necromancers and defeating other degenerates. the original skin was taken from the head we used for the grunt red handers. it's the red plague doctor on head database.
