Hi, I totally recommend Mirillis Action! screen recorder if you want to create videos to your YouTube channel ^w^

Depending on if you have a mac or pc, there's two different recording softwares I'd reccomend.
The mac comes with one called "quicktime player". If you need it, here's a helpful article on screen recordings
As for the pc, I'd look into Bandicam. There's a watermark at the top of the screen that's kinda annoying, but it's good software overall and it's helpful if you just need it for something quick
