You have to pay to get a custom one (because I've seen how crazy it gets in a free-for-all request race), but of course you can still download any of my original skins or others' commissioned skins for free. If you don't have a credit card, there's no 100% certain guarantee your skin will be done, but suggestions are always open and, if I like your idea, it could very well be turned into a skin. :)
