revamp of the revamp of the random skin i made for a friend that i recently caught up with and she still has this skin so I must fix- i won't allow her to wear an ANCIENT CRUSTY OLD SKIn oF MINE

originally an outfit base i found on skindex i actually have no idea who made the original base SO VERY SAD MOMENTS
it's been so long i don't even remember if i used a base or not for this skin so im just going to say i used a base because not going the sketchy side ;u;

to top it all off: the same cheesy quote i used for this skin because i have to bring back using weird quotes in my skin descriptions if I'm making an old skin :,)
