It's everyone's favorite Character-but-not-really-character, R.O.B.! He appeared in Mario Kart DS and Super Smash Bros Brawl, but he first appeared as an accessory for the NES to play Gyromite and Stack-Up. I hope he returns in Smash 4! :D While the skin is in 1.8 format, you can use it in 1.7 and it'll still look good, just without the body layers. Enjoy!
