Robby is a dog from the year 3024. He used to be a regular dog, but after a speeding car hit Robby, he was rushed to the hospital right away. The doctors discovered that since Robby was too damaged from the incident so they had to make him a cyborg so he would survive. During the process, Robby was given a robotic eye, a pair of robotic legs which caused him to stand upright, and the doctors were forced to use a super computer so the the damaged side of his brain would function again. Given these new advantages, Robby was now able to use his new found abilities to do many things that easily surpassed a human's abilities. As soon as the government found out about the dog, they immediately recruited him to help them travel through time to prevent paradoxes, fighting evil, and saving the world from many dangerous threats.
