I've always loved the Earth 2 Bat-family. Glad to find someone else who knows 'em!
This is about to get weird. Robin from Earth-2 is a grown up Dick Grayson. He's the one that we see most commonly using this Robin suit. In the description, I noted the character I posted's real name is Dick Grayson.
BUT!
In the final issue of Doomsday Clock, it's revealed that the Earth-1 that existed before the first Crisis (Crisis on Infinite Earths) lived on as Earth-1985. Dick Grayson had already become Nightwing. Jason Todd was that Earth's Robin. I don't know what happened to this Jason, but since The Killing Joke, where Joker kills Jason, happened on the post-Crisis Earth-Prime, it may not have happened on Earth-1985. I tagged Jason Todd here on the off-chance that Jason grew up, remained Robin, and adopted this suit. Plus, we know the suit already exists on Earth-1985, since pre-Crisis Earth-1 Dick Grayson wore it once during a JLA/JSA crossover.
Phew. Comics are gloriously weird.
