Personality:

Generally outgoing, Rosaline is a very strict person, often criticising the bad behaviour and habits of the other people. She is also impatient, liking people who answer her questions quickly as seen when she promptly gets annoyed by anyone who doesn't answer her questions (despite them not knowing anything). Also, Ash has a problem where she apparently sees everyone as followers of God. However, she has a great sense of justice. Despite being a very strict person, she seems to have a clumsy side to her, this is commonly seen when she blatantly puts herself in danger.

Characters Backstory




Rosaline was given away at birth due to her father committing adultery and her mothers inability to take care of Rosaline instead she was given to a monastery near the coast. It was there she was raised by holy men and women preaching catholic like views onto Rosaline.

In this monastery, once children reach the age of 10 they are separated by gender. Women becoming priestesses whilst the men joined the Gold Coats. A zealot army force who protected the world from creatures of the dark. Rosaline saw through the segregation and wanted to join the Gold Coats but the monastery first refused. Rosaline was completely distraught and just watched the young Gold Coats train trough stained glass. It wasn't until one of the Captain's from the Gold Coats came to visit the monerstary, was she allowed to join. The Captain approached her and knelt on one knee:



"Do you want to be out there misses?"

Rosaline nodded, without a thought.

"I mean you'd be the first girl, but there is always a first for everything. Prove yourself to me."

Young Rosaline was bubbling with excitement and hacked away at him with a small training sword she created from twigs in the cathedral gardens.

The Guard Captain chuckled and brought her to the boys where she trained.



A few years pass and Rosaline is one of the most dedicated of all the Gold Coats and her loyalty was remarkable. She made few friends due to her ranking so quickly than the rest of the boys. However, she halted progression and could no go further than being someone else's pawn. She made a friend named Alec. Alec had the upmost respect to Rosaline as saw her almost as a sister as she was superior to him and he acted the part. They were sent on multiple scout esk missions and their bond grew stronger. Only this bond was made to be broken.

As Rosaline's squad approached a Necromancer's camp. Filled with unused corpses and Dark Elves they attacked using guerrilla warfare, slowly edging towards the Necromancer himself. Alec was the first to charge and certainly the last. As he charged towards the Necromancer, his souls was taken. His mind no longer his. As he lost control of his body. Rosaline froze. The man she did truly love was gone. Stole from her by the depths of evil. Her squad was completely overrun by re-animated corpses and was forced to fight her way free. Leaving her corrupt and soul-less Alec to rot among the corpses.
